In order to keep prices affordable for all our customers, we must abide by the following policies:
Any claims for damages or discrepancies must be submitted to Blumonga Trading within two (2) business days from delivery date of your order. You must notify us by email at info@blumonga.com
You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of receiving your order. A 10% restocking fee may be charged unless the return is a result of our error. There are no exchanges or refunds on items that have been used or are missing its original packaging. For health and safety reasons we are unable to accept exchanges or returns of bedding, clothing or personal care products that have been opened.
NOTE: Return authorization is required. Email us at info@blumonga.com prior to shipping your package back so that we may provide you with a return address. We can only refund shipping costs and void the restocking charges if the return is a result of our error. Returns must be shipped back with a trackable carrier.
