Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days.

If shipping to a P.O.Box, Alaska or Hawaii we will ship via USPS Priority Mail. (Expedited shipping service only)

Please note that a signature may be required for delivery. We suggest shipping to your place of work.

Most deliveries are made on business days, we do not offer weekend delivery, although USPS may attempt delivery on a Saturday. (Not guaranteed)  

A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays.

UPS/Fedex Ground Service is not available to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska or Hawaii.

Holiday Ordering - Please place your order at least 7-10 days before any major holiday to allow enough time for delivery. Shipping Cost is non-refundable for unclaimed, undeliverable or returned packages, unless we made a mistake.

International Customers:  Shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. We recommend that you contact your local customs office to request the details of these charges. If you decide to refuse the order, then you will be billed for the original shipping costs, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Blumonga Trading. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Blumonga Trading has made every effort to minimize the shipping costs and does not profit from these rates. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If you have any shipping and handling questions or comments please contact us. 

Important Notice to customers in Spain, Brazil and Venezuela:

Please note that you must obtain proper import license for importing Cosmetics & Perfumes.  We are not responsible for shipments that cannot be imported into these countries.  Shipping charges are non-refundable for undeliverable packages.  Return shipping charges will apply for refused and undeliverable shipments

Important Notice to Customers Requiring Shipments to Germany:

We are unable to ship TESTERS or UNBOXED ITEMS to Germany. It is against German Law to do so. If you live in Germany or require shipment to Germany, please DO NOT ORDER TESTERS or UNBOXED ITEMS as your order will be cancelled and the item(s) will not be shipped.
